Topic: xyz scan software for aio problem

So i just got a aio printer ive updated the software xyzscan(2.1.3) and firmware(1.1.6) im on windows 8.1 and when i scan something it just either crashes or doesnt render anything.. ive calibrated it like 10 times.

i think i might be missing something with windows maybe? not sure i am brand new to scanning.

I am having the same problem. I was hoping to see a resolution here somewhere.  I am also new to 3d scanning.
