Issue with new cartrage, says no fillament and wont print correctly

Hello, I bought a XYZ Da Vinci 1.0 and had no problems printing right out of the box, but I recently bought 3 new cartage's a yellow white and black filament. The White and Black cartage's allow me to load them but the Yellow wont, it keeps saying No cartage found.

now with the White and Black filament, after its loaded and a file is selected to print, it uploads to the printer but then it asked me "Use this Filament" I have to hit Okay before it will print. If I don't hit okay it tells me "out of Filament" and will only let me cancel the printing. If I don't cancel the printing it seems to only spit out blobs of filament along the border but wont build anything that looks like the uploaded file.

If anyone know whats happening, or a way that I can fix this please let me know. if you need any other information please ask, I would just love to to get this working.
