PT100 Thermocouple upgrade question

I recently puchased anE3D PT100 Sensor Full Kit and I was wondering if anyone out there knew where I could find a step by step how to installation? I'm a novice so I'm a little nervous about the application to the board. Any help would be greatly appreciated
