Topic: Da Vinci 1.0 pro will not receive job through usb

I have been printing for about a month now with no problems. All of a sudden I get an error message "0052" I can't find anything about in on their site. Turned off the printer, got it back on and seems fine, but it will not receive jobs through usb. Any one have any issues like that?
