Topic: Da Vinci junior PLA type

Hi,
I've just bought a DaVinci Jr. 3D printer :-) but not able to use it until christmas as it's a present. :-(

I also ordered a reel of black and a reel of white xyz PLA but I think the black is the wrong type for the junior.

The white reel says "Jr. PLA" on the front but the black reel doesn't.

Do they do the same looking reel for the non Jnr. printers, can I tell by looking at a code maybe?

Only the Jr. uses spools. All the other Da Vinci printers use a cartridge.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

That's what I thought but I've had a reply from the seller who seems to think the one I bought isn't for the Jnr. maybe I'll give xyz a ring tomorrow and see if they can tell me from the barcode number if it's suitable or not.

The shop will take it back as I've not opened it, we'll see what they say.
