Topic: Feed screw sticking out 20mm

Hi,

The auger is sticking 15mm more than it's suppose to. I not sure why, I have added extra spaces at the back by the motor but it's not enough. Hmm, I'm not sure why that would be. If you have the ability to cut the auger yourself, go ahead and do so, then PM me your order number and I'll set up a credit. If you don't have the tools to cut it (Dremel or similar), then use the contact form on the website and we'll set up an exchange.
