Topic: Return My Money

Hello there,

I placed an order on June 18th of this year, Order ID 35622, for a Solidoodle Workbench.   After learning the lead time was nearly triple what was posted on your site, we requested the order be cancelled.  Which it was cancelled on or around July 6th, Ticket #17407 with Francisco.  The amount was NEVER credited back to my CC account.

I have tried contacting you again via email, tickets, and phone all to no avail.  Maybe posting here will get someones attention.  You need to return 1,299 USD, thank you.
