Topic: DaVinci 1.0 not loading filiament

The two spinning gears that pull the filament through are no longer working. They do a quarter turn and stop, over and over again.

I tried searching through these forums, but the XYZ section isn't the most organized. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: DaVinci 1.0 not loading filiament

Sounds like the nozzle is plugged and keeping plastic from flowing - thus, it blocks feeding filament.
This happens on my DaVinci 1.0A when the extruder wires lose connection (the two white wires/black connector on print head). I replaced the connector and no longer have the problem...
Remove the head / nozzle and clean it out (it needs to be hot to clean and a little butane torch and drill works...

Ok thanks. I will give it a try tomorrow and post the results.
