Topic: Help? Solidoodle Press Grind

Whenever I try to print something flat the Press has a problem and grinds at the filament. I don't know why and I have spent 40 emails back and forth with support a while ago and am willing to give it another go.

Have you check the trimpots ? What temperatrure do you use ? Up and front doors closed or opened ?
