Topic: Need info on Davinci varistors

Before I toss the motherboard of my bricked Davinci 1.0, I thought I would try to place the two varistors that are blown.  Does anyone have the part number or specs for these little buggers?  Or even better, have a couple I can get from you. These are the SMD components on the motherboard labeled RV3, RV4, and RV5.

I've heard there are work-arounds for them, but I have not seen anything that makes sense to me yet.

Feel free to offer other advice on this.

They are simply zero ohm resistors. All you need to do is find the correct package size and solder it on top of the bad ones unless you want to remove them. Others have also used leaded fuse holders and put 7amp fuses in place of the zero ohm resistors.
