Topic: DaVinci 1.0 1mm offset
Hello,
I am the new owner of a (second hand) DaVinci 1.0 for a while. It is already flashed with repetier firmware and I am using repetier host to print and slic3r to slice.
I have been trying to calibrate it for about a month now. I thought I reached an OK level of calibration (checked and adjusted belts, added shims, adjusted bed, adjusted print speed settings) so I tried to make my first (real) part.
The part printed very good, and the overall deviation is 0.1-0.2mm, however the marked sides in the photo printed as +1mm (exactly!) thicker than they should be.
Im confused as these sides are not on a single axis, but rather in both, and also only on this orientation, as the other sides printed as they should. Any ideas what the problem could be? Also to note here is that my circles are not perfect but have a slight elongation on that direction (from marked side to marked side).
Thanks a lot for the help
