Topic: Extruder Temp reads DEF after reflashing DaVinci 1.0A

Hello guys,

My extruder temp reads DEF and somteimes over 300C. I've flashed my printer for the second time recently. And this started to happen after flashing.

Also printer does not boot automatically after I load the repetier firmware through arduino software. It should reboot automatically right?

I've checked the silicone and connections of the thermistor, nothing seems to be wrong but I'm no expert.

Load and Unload filament commands also not working but I believe this is due to extruder not heating.

So any ideas?

I've changed the model setting to 1 while I was flashing the firmware. I've bought RTV red slicone to re-do thermal sensor connection but I have no clue how to.

Should I just take extruder out, take the cables out than reconnect it and apply silicone? any tips or warnings?
