Topic: Prints only half height

Just bought a DaVinci 1.0A and its fine when printing the examples (which are quite small) but if I try to print an item from the XYZ website, it only prints roughly half the height - why. Also if I scale up the examples, it only prints so far in height. Can anyone help?
