Topic: GONE Da Vinci 1.0 LCD and Motherboard for Sale. GONE

I am converting my DV 1.0 to Ramps 1.4 controller with its own LCD. I have no use for the stock one.  It is completely intact including rear mounting plate and keypad.  The cable may or may not be any good.  It took some abuse during the removal due to the double sided tape.  If you are interested in the display,  Pm me an offer.  I will take the best offer I get by Friday. Include shipping from 75287 Texas in your offer.

The motherboard is a set price of $100 includes shipping. It is one of the second generation 1.0 boards meaning it has the stepper drivers on carriers that fit in sockets and his the location for the erase jumper marked but no header present. Easily shorted with tweezers though. This board is currently loaded with Repetier .91. It is possible there is an issue with the extruder driver but I suspect it is more the firmware. The motor would get extremely hot to the point it would start skipping and causing my filament to break and start feeding out the side of the extruder. The stepper drivers they use do not have physical current pots. Instead it has digital pots that are controlled by firmware. I suspect the firmware settings are pushing too much current to this motor and possibly others as well. This is why I swapped it out for a RAMPS 1.4 with actual pots so I have better control over the current. If you are interested in the board let me know as I will also ship it when the LCD sells. I will take payment by PayPal when the time comes or you can pay in person if local.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

I'm not sure I'll ever need it, but with 2 of them sitting on the shelf its probably not a horrible idea to have a spare

I'll bid $40 and I'll offer to pick it up as that zip code is on my way to work.

If you haven't sold it already, are you selling the smaller board by the extruder also if so I really need one.

Re: GONE Da Vinci 1.0 LCD and Motherboard for Sale. GONE

The LCD is probably sold, but I still have the main board if any one wants to make an offer. As I said it has an issue with supplying too much current to the extruder. This could just be the driver which is in a socket.

Does the board have a regular SD card or the micro SD card?
