CTC Firmware upgrade to sailfish

Hi everyone.

I'm pretty new to 3d printing and recently bought a CTC dual head printer. It works ok but I want to up grade the firmware to the latest sailfish. I've read from multiple sources on how to update it but I can't seem to get the "upload" and "Reset" button timing or sequance right. I tried for about 5 hours on both my PC and Mac, just in case the seriel drivers on the PC were flaky.

Is there another way I can update the firmware?

My printer says its running CTC rev 1 ver 7.4.

I also tried to update the firmware using makerware from 7.4 to 7.5 and it flash the board either.
