Hello (again again)
Twin problems,
First off, when my supports are made they are made touching the print. I can't pull them off when they do this. When i try to pull it off it
Pulls the actual print apart. Now to the second problem. The print stops halfway through the print at the exact same spot. What can I do to fix these problems??
For the supports you need to decrease their interface layer in the slicer. This makes the bonding surface less and makes them easier to remove. They are supposed to touch however otherwise they could not support.
As for the second issue, are you sure the STL file is good? Have your run it through netfabb? Or maybe post the STL so someone else can try it to prove it is not the STL. If the STL is known to be good then maybe increase your buffer or try printing it from and SDcard.

That's kind of a trial and error. Unfortunately it depends on the filament as well and will vary from roll to roll. I would try a very low setting and see what that gives me then go up by tens. Learning settings is the hardest part of printing and waste a lot of filament but it is part of the hobby.
Once I get my printer back up tonight I will try the STL myself. I use only PLA though so my results may be different. My printer is not enclosed right now so ABS is difficult to manage.

You said early have you tried netfabb. What is Netfabb?
Netfabb is an online service that checks your model for errors such as being non-manifold or having other errors and fixes them. It is free and only requires a Microsoft sign in. You just upload it to them, they will fix it in a minute or so then give you a download link to retrieve it from.

Well here is my first print of your STL. Granted this is on a new machine with no real tweaking yet. I did use supports and I used Simplify3d and .3mm layers with a 15% infill.

As I said I use simplify3d, but here are my support settings.
One thing that helps is setting the extrusion width for supports (under 'Advanced' in Slic3r) to half of the normal extrusion width. On your press, the default extrusion width probably says 0.48. Lower the supports extrusion width to 0.24 and see if this helps. Additionally, you can adjust the support angle to ensure as little contact as possible. For that print I would use a support angle of 45 degrees so that it is not parallel with the body.
