Topic: Floating Rod

Saturday, my machine machine came back from SD after being there for several weeks.

This is how it arrived. That is the rod that steadies the hot end carriage as it moves along the x and y axis. It is just floating (read: not attached).

I have not been printing for months now.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I want so much not to hate my press.

Re: Floating Rod

It does not fit. The measurements are exact. Anyway, just got off the phone with Customer Service and they will take care of it.
