X-Y Axis Print Failiure via skipping
I am currently using a Da Vinci 1.0 and I am having issues printing. The extruders seems to be skipping location and trying to resume printing in that location (X or Y, and sometimes both) kind of hard to tell which axis. Tried taking a video of what was happening so I could see what was exactly going wrong, but couldn't figure it out. I have just put in a new glass and that isn't the problem. It seems to work fine with the XYZware but when I used my sliced models from Slic3r it seems to skip. I don't think anything is wrong with my G-code because I have been using the same G-code as before on prints that have worked. When the extruder moves across x-y with speed sometimes here a higher toned click noise, not sure if that might be related.
I've looked into binding of the axis, so I lubricated the rods and it definitely sounds better, but didn't fix the problem.
I'm not sure if its the wires cutting out because it works same model will print with the XYZware.
I'm don't think it's speed related because I tried slicing the same model in Slic3r at way lower speeds and it still messed up. Also the XYZware has the extruder moving a lot faster and it seemed fine. It also seems to start skipping after it tries to do the second layer.
Is it software related, driver related, the new update for XYZ i have no idea?
If anybody has any more info or some tests that I can do to help find the root cause that would be great.
