Can you post a picture of what you mean, as I/we are not sure what you mean by window? Do you mean the extruder is hitting the glass plate?
I would advise you not to use the automatic method as it is not reliable and sets the bed for the wrong height anyways. Use the manual method that has been used for years on every printer to date that is a sticky at the top of the XYZ section.

carl_m1968,
I understood for the sheet between the extruder and the bed ...
Please you have a video for the test of the paper? mini test paper ..
Thank you!

There is no video but the process is very simple. Just start a sample print from the LCD on front of the printer. Keep an eye on it and once the head moves over the build platform for the first layer turn the power off. Turn the power back on and you should be able to move the head around freely you want to do this while the platform and head are still hot so be careful of hot surfaces.
In your case before you start the print use the adjusting screws and lower the bed as far as it will go. This way it will not hit the bed when it starts to print.
Now take a sheet of paper, just ordinary printing paper and lay it on top of the bed. Move the head to the back left corner of the bed. Adjust the leveler on that corner so the the bed is raised to the point that you can just feel resistance when you pull on the paper. There should be no marks on the paper, or tearing. Just a slight resistance or drag.
Repeat this on the other three corners. Then go back to the first just to make sure it is still the same since all the screws influence each other a little. If you do this, you should only have to do it once every month or so or if you do something to move the bed in an irregular manner.
Never run the automatic process again after doing this.
I honestly can't make this any simpler for you. Maybe ask if somebody can translate the process into your native language.
I also no longer have my Da Vinci so for me to make a video would be hard.
ok ok ok !
I understood it, I test ...
ok test http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:38108 20mm cube
i have
19.96 sides
19.96 sides
19.89 height
I can get better ...
test http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:607026
0.2mm the best work
0.02 OR 0.20 ???
my use paper : 0.09mm
unless you suggest another test of complete bed?
thx help !

Those measurements on the cube are not a function of bed height or level. Bed height and level just assures your first layer will be correct and adheres well.
The measurements you got on the cube are the best a 3d printer can do.
There are factors like material shrinkage as it cools that make dimensions change. All you can do is print a cube to see what that shrinkage is and then compensate in your design dimensions by slighty oversizing your dimensions by the shrinkage factor.
Your steps per mm settings in firmware will also affect those dimensions. X and Y are as good as you can get. Z could have some steps added to make the Z closer to 20. But you are as close as most of us are now.
