3600 is the safest for this printer. Higher speeds could damage it.

First off you need to go into S3D's settings and switch to MM/s. That MM/m stuff is just to confusing. Now for retract speed it is usually around 40mm/s which if you do the unneeded math since S3D insist on mm/m you would find that 40 * 60 = 2400 so it should be 2400 there about.

infill for its printed very quickly what is normal or no problem?

As long as it is actually printing the infill at that speed and not just making passes with no extrusion then no problems. You cant really hurt the machine as long as you keep all speeds below 60mm/s. The rest is up to you to tune the speeds to get the results you dedire. At some point however you will have to balance speed with quality because you cannot have both on a 3d printer. Quality is always slower.
So if I understand to decrease the speed I can reduce from default speed I 60MM/s ?
