I got my Solidoodle Press yesterday... finally. :)

So I just started it up (day 1), loaded a file, the filament and extruded 10mm with no problem. When I hit HOME in Printer Config to make sure each axis was right, the bed went all the way to the top and kept trying to go through the extruder. I played around with it some, but it didn't help much.

It made a horrible crushing sound and the motors would not stop. I had to force stop it (pressed the button on top).

I tried to call tech support, but there doesn't seem to be a number. I sent an email.

Please help.
