There are many options but that one is fairly straight forward.   You're just going to have to search around for ideas.
Most bed heater upgrades involve a PSU upgrade and a relay (SSR).

It takes at least an hour to warm up and it's fully enclosed. I upgraded my nozzle to an E3D and put in a new power supply, but it only made it heat up slightly faster (used to take even longer than a hour, couldn't even reach 90 degrees no matter what). What all can I check to see what is wrong with it? It also has a really hard time getting over 90 degrees.
