Start a demo print and shut off the print. Then manually move the extruder to the four corners above the glass in each corner(not above the metal tabs) use my 2mm feeler gauge to adjust the screws until the gauge barely makes contact with the extruder tip, not the tab thats used in the automatic leveling? Is this right? It's gotten to the point that it takes me an hour between every print to calibrate.
