			<title><![CDATA[E3D mk5 hotend - firmware changes?]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>So my shiny new E3D hotend arrived (the day before I leave for a week long camping trip, go figure) and I have started assembly on it. What I am wondering is what firmware changes are needed to allow the printrboard variant SD3 to work with this new hotend. Particularly the PID values, and the max allowable temperatures?</p><p>I haven&#039;t typically had to muck around with firmware in the past for printers (reprap, type a, ultimakers) so this area is unfamiliar to me.</p>]]></description>
