Check with multi-meter, the image below blue dot high lighted are connected and red dot high lighted are connected. The red dot also connected to one of the fan port, you can easily solder on that.

The original board communicate with hotend PCB through serial/JTAG communication. So you will have difficulty to hook up your thermostats and heating element and fans. Please see the difficulty people hit when trying to port repetier-firmware to Jr.

It might be easier to buy an replacement hotend with PCB, or covert your Jr. to use RAMPS board.
