If it only happens when asking for unloading filament,
then according to XYZ Printing, this is a bug.
I have the same problem...
You can start a demo print and when your nozzle reaches 160 Celsius just cancel the print, and start the unload filament procedure.

its possible the white connecter is not making a good connection I would start there. Check to see if there is voltage when you tell it to heat. if there isn't its possible the 0 ohm resisters that are used as a fuse blew. there is a thread here that shows how to fix that if you cant find it let me know and ill put a link in here.

Hi, everyone:
I have a XYZPrinting Da Vinci 1.0 AiO.
The extruder does not heat when it's suposed should do it (if I ask to unload filament, ie). The display sometime shows "Error 0014", but some other times it does not show any error message, but thextruder does not heat, all the same.

With a tester, I've checked the heater is ok (4 ohms) and ther is no voltage in the plug socket (it should be 12 volts, if i'm right).

Does someone know what it's happening?

Thanks every one.
