I'm not sure what you mean by a bit more constant.  Are you referring to X/Y stability?  It doesn't get any more stable than this.

Attached is a 3 view drawing of the SD3 aluminum bed frame.  The dimensions you're looking for are all there.

NOTE:  The SD3 Alu Frame drawing and the dimensions on it, are taken from my own SD3.  Theoretically they should be identical to all the Aluminum beds that Solidoodle sold, but I can't guarantee it.

There's a size limit to the files you can post.  As far as I can tell, they can't exceed 5MB.  So if your STL is larger than 5MB, it won't be accepted.

I worked on a corss between the two I had found on thingerverse, only to find out I made a slight mistake on the tab that connects the pieces together. So it looks like I'll be re-fabbing it once more. By chance do you have the measurements of the 3 bed leveling holes that go through metal arm?

I have seen another on thingerverse but it's only 8x8. I have a solidoodle 3 8x8, but all the pcbs I see for sale are all 8.5x8.5. Is there a way to enlarge Lawsy's design without having to re-design the entire piece? Or is there another version out there that I haven't seen yet?
