Something like that might work, although it says that particular one is for wires 20 gauge and larger as it has 6mm holes. So the standard 22 gauge wires from fans or LEDs might slop out.

I assume you would just buy 2 of these are wire all your + into one and all your - into the other.

I think typical screw terminals are probably better.

Ya, it must be fan1. I'm not at my printer now to look. But what if I want it to be neat and pretty? I'm working on another build (see projects forum) and I am putting the board at the bottom of the printer and I might put a clear cover over the whole thing to show off the wiring and add some more LED to make it look nicer.

I'm still looking for a breakout board/ sidecar board/ expansion board that I can use to expand 12V screw terminals for several connections.

Fan1 will come on when a heater is activated or the motors move. You can use wire nuts for the splicing. These are what I used to make my own wire bundle. Then I just put some heat shrink over the wire nut.

Fan0 is g code controlled

So I want to run 4 fans and an LED off the fan port of my RUMBA that only comes on when the printer is in motion and I don't want to do a crazy number of splices. I forget if this is fan0 or fan1. Is there somewhere I can buy a "breakout board" like the one in the RAMPS sticky post?

Pictures in the first here: http://www.soliforum.com/topic/2816/how … ontroller/

I really want to avoid soldering. Screw terminals would be even better. I've been searching digikey with no luck but I'm not sure I'm using the right search terms. Any suggestions? Thanks.
