			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I am very confident in my bed temp.&nbsp; I have spent a great deal of time <a href="http://www.soliforum.com/topic/9004/sd4-heatbed-installation/page/3/">characterizing it</a> with a thermal camera.</p><p>I have been trying various different heights for the first layer and print the rest at 0.2mm.&nbsp; I&#039;ve taken it off and went back to borosilicate+hairspray for now.&nbsp; I will try the sitall glass again but have some other projects I want to get to today.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>110 degrees HeatBed is min for ABS .<br />1. Maybe your sensor is lying?<br />2. What is the height from the heatbed to the nozzle in the home view? <br />3. Calibration of this height with the hot nozzle and heatbed happening? <br />4. What is the height of the first layer print?</p>]]></content>

For example, the ABS has a really high coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). That is the amount that it shrinks and grows when heated and cooled. ...<br />The more material there is, the higher the forces are for the warping. So, larger models infill and higher models have more trouble.</p>]]></content>
