I&#039;ve also put up a photo of the original nozzle in #10 at <a href="http://www.soliforum.com/topic/10440/extruder-not-extruding-jamming-shredding-or-clogging/">http://www.soliforum.com/topic/10440/ex … -clogging/</a> where you can see the conical shape at the top of the nozzle. This shape is important to mating with the heat break inside the aluminum block.</p><p>I just got my E3Dv6 conversion finished a couple days ago (printing again at least, needs more calibration). Lack of reliable spare parts was a big reason for me to convert.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I wouldn&#039;t think you&#039;d need to replace it for a clog, although I&#039;m a noob too.&nbsp; I&#039;ve clogged my Press several times so far but I&#039;ve been able to clear it every time with a piece of stiff copper wire.&nbsp; I push it straight down from above like it was a piece of filament, I can usually force it to extrude a bit of melted ABS then pull the wire out and it will have a glob of ABS on it.&nbsp; I clean the wire and repeat, letting it have some time to heat up in there and prodding/scraping around with it.</p><p>Sometimes it takes several tries before I can get the filament to feed again, but I&#039;ve never not been able to clear it.</p>]]></content>
