Hello all,

I bought a Da Vinci 1.0 and after calibration I managed to print the pre loaded vase and key chain perfectly. I am also printing a Spider Man logo as I type this which was downloaded from the XYZ gallery.

Now this Spider Man logo seems to be printing fine, but if I download a STL file from Thingiverse the size seems in correct and even if I increase the dimension in XYZware it doesn't print correctly..the filament didn't even touch the bed.

Now I read somewhere about having to resize the drawing within the STL file to mm or having to perform some sort of conversion before re-saving the file and sending it to the printer?

I use Sketchup and XYZware, if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

Thanks!
