			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Yup, that where i got the idea from, he kind of prove that it work, i just follow through.</p><p>But instead of adding an aluminum plate, i printed a base the base that i mounted the motor too.<br />I have Lawsy carriage replacements so needed something different.<br />It is very simple like you said.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>See this, how easy to modify the extruder and hot end, don&#039;t need any printed parts, <br />You will be able to assemble a Solidoole new extruder and hot end to your SD 2 or SD 3.</p><p>--------------------------------------------------------</p><p>It is possible to use the SD4 extruder parts on the SD2. Two mods needed to be done for this to work. The bridge piece needs to be extended 2.2mm and a plate needs to be made to mate with the two long bolts under the extruder to the two holes in the stepper.<br />The plate in the image below was temporary. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I took a brief look thru your post history and did not see it, so if you could post the .stl for the blue one, that would be awesome.&nbsp; I&#039;m on the hunt for a very firm holding E3D V6 mount.&nbsp; It doesn&#039;t sound like this will fit but I might give it a try and see if I can sand it to fit or something.&nbsp; Thanks.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The difference between v5 and v6 seems to be about 2.15mm<br />So the body will need to be reworked if there is not already that much of a gap between the bottm of the extruder body and the top of the heat sink.</p>]]></content>

And wish there are a way to adjust it.</p><p>I&#039;m mounting mine on the 0.9 degree motor so it a bit longer than the original so u have to mount the fan on the side.</p>]]></content>
