There are quite a few models available from various sources on the internet, grabcad has a ton of really great models but you would have to section up most of them and make them into assemble-able models... they may have some already... not sure haven't looked for that kind of thing... 3d content central also has some good stuff including fully printable RC models

I am not sure of your capabilities in regards to 3d modeling and manipulation... but if you can handle some basic surgery in dissecting 3D files 3D central has some really cool models just waiting to be chopped up and printed!!!
