			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>my wiring harness was not zip tied to the corner and I dont have any wires outside the harness like you show in your photo. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>My wire bundle&#039;s protective sleeve finally ripped enough that the thermistor wire on the inside shredded. I have been worried about this for a while and did not figure out a solution in time.&nbsp; The quick fix for now is to attach the iPad wipe (satiny material) until I find a better solution.&nbsp; The solutions here are good without a case but don&#039;t help with a case.</p><p><a href="http://www.soliforum.com/topic/331/wiring-bundle-interfering-with-belt-and-being-torn-by-case/">http://www.soliforum.com/topic/331/wiri … n-by-case/</a></p><p>&nbsp; I had to do a quick and dirty rewiring for the thermistor to the board with some extra wire I had sitting around to quickly get me through this project I am working on.&nbsp; I am wondering if anyone knows what the sleeve is or where you can get it.&nbsp; Also, for a more permanent solution, I need to replace the thermistor wire.&nbsp; Does this wire see much current or is it ok to replace it with fairly high gauge wire?</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8358/8255892334_b0eea9957b_b.jpg" alt="http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8358/8255892334_b0eea9957b_b.jpg" /></span></p>]]></content>

I do like to use my case, but it seems like all that you would need to do is put in a screw or two from the sid and it would hold it in place... 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I am seeing the same kind of thing on my printer, whenever the print head is more than 70 mm to the left of the home (right rear) position.&nbsp; My wiring shows no signs of trauma, but that may be because I have been printing small parts.</p>]]></content>

I was thinking you could put a guard on the side of the y axis carriage that ran the length of the printer in the y direction, and have it be spring loaded in the +\- direction so it always covered the entire length of the y belt.</p>]]></content>
