I tried without power, still unable to rewind by hand. Is there any other way to reset x,y, and Z axis

I have a junior 1.0 and have developed an error code 0030 and a grinding sound when initialising and the head moves top the left. I have seen some of the videos regarding the junior pro but I do not have any wires or sight of a sensor. Is the layout different on my junior 1.0. Any clues of what to do next would be welcome.
