Finally this week I decided to bite the bullet and try my hand at configuring marlin.

After an evening of trial and error's and generally learning about the marlin configs, I have a working copy of 1.1.9 for the JR running ramps1.4 and A4988 step sticks.

If you've used Anthem's guide then you should be able to flash the marlin 1.1.9 firmware to your Arduino with little issues.
