That can save a lots of cutting if possible.</p></blockquote></div><p>Hi,</p><p>I am not sure if I understood you correctly.<br />I think that removing more fins from hot side of heat sink is not a good idea.</p><p>But in my solution the heater block is untouched.<br />I machined only&nbsp; the original XYZ heat sink and the E3D V6 heat sink.</p><p>If you are looking for simpler solution you can look into &quot;E3D DUO Hotend.pdf&quot;, maybe it will work.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>A little...<br />But it fit perfectly and can be used with original firmware and software. <br />All features work except crappy XYZ levelling.&nbsp; <br />Adding the levelling pin is possible and it will take a few minutes.
