E3D titan and aero package is kind of expensive, I think most people will hesitate to try it on an compatible system. The stock carriage is not designed for E3D titan and aero, it will be difficult to fit it the package without damage the stock carriage. It is difficult enough to fit an E3D titan with stock carriage.

Not sure if it works, it is still a Work in Progress. but it will be a good start if you interested to modify and try to work it out.
