Hello all.

I have a 1.0 Pro and I need replacement parts. First I only needed a thermister, and I read through this forum and others saying all of them were pretty much the same, so that new part is in hand. But when I replaced that, the wires from my heating tube snapped off and obviously I need a new one. I contacted the XYZ service and they are being less than helpful so far.

What I'd like to know is, I found a heating tube on eBay (same place I found the thermister) and I want to know, if anyone can tell me, if it will work with my printer. I'm putting a link here so show the one I found. My apologies to the mods if this isn't allowed.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/5PCS-1m-Single … 1438.l2649

I'd REALLY like to get this back up before Christmas, so any help is much appreciated.

Thanks!
