My SD4/RH setup got set to 0 somehow which resulted in very slow prints (2-5X the predicted print time). I ended up setting it to 1000 to get back to the predicted print time but noticed that 100 didn't slow it down too much.

Yes, I've been running mine at 900 for awhile, I like the smoother movement. Got to be much easier on the machine. I think the default was 9000, what!

I was always disturbed by the massive shaking/vibration when printing. Even if I couldn't prove it was bad for a particular print, that extra stress couldn't be good for the belts, frame, wires/connectors, bed, or other mechanical parts.

Following some general tips from teh net, went into Slic3r>Print Settings>Speed>Acceleration Control (advanced)
and reduced all the settings from some huge number to 1000 mm/s^2.

Now the massive shaking is gone, printer is much quieter, and I'm pretty sure it will last longer. No change to prints, and print time doesn't seem to have noticeably increased. Happy.
