Topic: Recommended Lubrication

I know it's recommended to use lithium based lubrication, but I had a blank moment and purchased "Super Lube."

It has no mention of it being lithium based, but it does say it's okay for metal and plastic applications.  So the question here is should I return this brand of lubrication in favor of something else? Or am I okay using what I've purchased?

Haha no it's from amazon. I can link it when I get home, but for now I'm actually at school. Searching for it should come up though

this is very good to know
i was looking for lubricant but everything i found said lithium EP ("Extreme Pressure") so i dont know if its right for the not so extreme pressure solidoodle smile
