Topic: XYZware - Sometimes Slices , Sometimes Doesn't

Hi

New to this machine and this software.

About 50% of the time when I click the print button,
the slicing begins automatically and then sends the job to
the printer - no problem.

The other 50% of the time, nothing happens when the print
button is clicked.

Closing program, rebooting computer, etc. does not seem
to help or matter.

Some models seem to be more affected than others.
Taller models (like Eiffel Tower) has problems all the time.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Its happened to me a few times where nothing happened or the xyzware closes...it was always models from tinkercad that it happened on but not all.  I just shut it all down for a min and restart and the next print ran.  It seems the taller the object the longer it takes also (more slices).
