Topic: Brand new printer filament not loading

Hmm I followed all the steps took out the cartridge stopper etc., but it is just not loading the filament ...any ideas?? It is the standard included white filament that comes with it if it makes a difference

Make sure the end of the filament is cut at an angle and that the filament is reasonably straight. You also have to push harder than you would think. It may also help to pull the metal tab to the left to loosen it up. (It is a spring release for tension on the idler roller).
