Topic: Suspicious noise while printing possible lose bearing

Hey guys,

Today I started hearing a suspicious sound while printing, I did some searching and noticed that one 'bearing' looked different to its counter part, its also able to rotate (as the other can't).
Can it just be glued back in position?

Thanks again

I have disassembled my printer and those dont make noise.

Try this first.

If the sound is like a creaky door from an old horror movie, then I had the same thing. For me, it turned out to be the white plastic wheel that the belt moves on - looking into the printer it is on the left. The print head/extruder moves left & right. I put a bit of white lithium grease on the sides of the white wheel, don't let any get on the belt. It's been about a month with  lots of prints and no more creaking noise.

Give this a try:

You use 3x7x3mm bearings in it and it should eliimnate the noise. It worked for me and plus the bearings allow for less friction.
