Topic: Anyone else having problems ordering parts off xyz site? Working Now!

Has anyone had success at ordering spare parts from us.store.xyzprinting.com/us_en/catalog/printer/spareParts.

I am trying to order a single extruder and print bed for the single extruder but every time I press the confirm button I get a 500 error. Anybody else having that problem?

It is a translated Taiwan site, it's possible there may be a block in place by your ISP due to a lot of spam and hacking attempts that region. You may have to try and see if you can order using a proxy.

I may try that, but it is also doing it with my laptop using my wifi hotspot on my cell phone.

Update it is working now.
