Topic: Tips for Printing Parts that Fit Together
I'm a complete 3d printing noob. Lately, I've printed several objects which are supposed to fit together (the glass bed holder, a minecraft figure I downloaded from thingiverse, and a minecraft chicken I made). Every time I print it out, the parts require a fair bit of sanding or cutting to get them to fit into each other.
Are there some obvious things I'm doing wrong? I'm just using default Slicer setting with Repetier-Host (0.3mm profile). I'm still learning a lot, so I'm probably just missing something. I hope it doesn't come down to trial and error.
