I like the bottom left
E3D-v4 Hotend, MK5 carriage with round plastic wire conduit , 3/16" tempered glass, Well nut, SureStepr SD8825 1/32 Extruder Driver, PowerEdge 2650 500W PS, QU-BD heated bed, circuit board fan, hinged plexiglass enclosure with plastic tray top. Other than that mostly stock SD3

Those don't look too buckety? I was leaning towards the other ones, without the drop under the "hair"

They may look buckety, but the other 2 have some sort of flair that just doesn't fit quite right.

the forum should have something like shapeways has where you can put up models and manipulate them. looking at these from 360 would help i think

Depends on the orientation if they lay flat on their back you might even do it without support. But I can't see the back side so it depends

i figures the short helmets would work with a gray head and painted face to give the illusion of the full helmet
