Topic: Upgraded F/W, now I cannot move motors

I am currently in process of installing a E3D Extruder. I just upgraded the f/w and now I connected the printer to Repetier Host to move the bed down. I am able to home X, Y, Z but I cannot manually move it. How do I fix this?

Also, I do not have my extruder connected to the motor right now
