Kisslicer with Repetier

Has anyone used Kisslicer with Repetier? It seems the gcode that Kisslicer creates starts the build on the corner of the platform when running the printer through Repetier rather then Pronterface. Is there a way to add Kisslicer as a slicer through Repetier?

My issue is I'm trying to solve the banding issues in Z that I seem to get with Kisslicer ( but not Skeinforge ). I want to use Kisslicer cause it's just so much faster; builds solid layers smarter and better; and has better support; than Skeinforge. If I can just solve the banding issue, Kisslicer would be my goto slicer.

Slicer 3 has just not worked for me at all. It refuses to create solid bottom surfaces where they are required and it's perimeters don't stick together. I'm using the 0.3mm settings that came via Solidoodle.
