Topic: M3 endstop Extender for bed mods

I didn't feel like heading out to the hardware store today to try and search for the elusive m3 bolt, so I am printing this out to extend the current endstop bolt. I went to Home Depot awhile back and picked up some ceramic and granite tiles to try printing on, but could not find the bolt at 3 different actual hardware stores.

Here's the link if I didn't attach the file correctly:

That is an excellent idea- this printed horribly at .3mm in PLA, I will have to try that

mentioned in another thread, a screw in motherboard spacer is the perfect length to extend the Z screw.

I just flipped my original screw upside down and I adjust it by hand.  I just have to drop the bed a bunch to get my mitts in there.

When I started using glass on my bed. The z screw was long enough to be adjusted. I wonder if sd started using longer screws at some point during production.

They just needed to move the mount down a little.  Mine was basically bottomed out without the glass already, so I didn't have a choice when I started using glass.

I picked up 15 count #6-32 to M3 Standoffs for $4 at a local Microcenter and they work! I can finally get this glass bed going.
